How we store your personal information 

Although Addsalt will endeavour to protect your personal information once received.  Transmission of information to us or from us via the internet is not completely secure and your sending of information to us online is at your own risk. For the avoidance of doubt, Addsalt accepts no liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of such transmission.
Where Addsalt has given you, or where you have chosen, a password to access certain parts of a Website or your registered user account, you should not share this password with others.

How long will we keep your information
Addsalt will retain your information for as long as necessary for the relevant activity for which the information was provided.  If you delete a Website account, your personal information is either deleted or anonymised and used solely for analytic purposes.
Information provided via Web Forms is retained and used for a period of 6 months and is then anonymised and used solely for analytical purposes.


Your data protection rights

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
